Steve Brown, Piano and Vocals
 

Steve Brown has performed live music in the north central Ohio area for over 25 years.  As a pianist/keyboardist/vocalist, he performs in a variety of musical styles including jazz, blues, standards, ballads, Latins, and light rock.  His wide gamut of material is demonstrated by his incredibly diversified song list.

Steve brings a unique blend of jazz, blues, and pop style of playing, along with his ability to sing.  Whether you enjoy the music of Gershwin, Porter, or Kern; or if you prefer the songs of Jimmy Buffet, Billy Joel, or Elton John - Steve Brown is comfortable with any musical venue, and should be your choice for live music.

He is available to provide piano background music, happy hour entertainment, music for dancing, or just music for listening.  He can also do special occasions such as sing-a-longs, and kids' entertainment.  He is willing to customize his performance for any occasion.  If a well-tuned piano is not available, he can bring his own full size digital piano and small sound system.

Steve also performs on clarinet and saxophone, everything from Dixieland to Big Band jazz to classical.

In addition to performing as a solo on piano, he often collaborates with other musicians (bass, guitar, vibes, drums) in combinations from two, three, and up to six.  The expansion of the group allows Steve to double on tenor sax and clarinet in the small group setting.
